RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns of regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery (for online transactions) or within 14 days of purchase (for in-store transactions). We currently do not process exchanges for online orders through our website. You will need to initiate a return and submit a new order. 

2. Items must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition with original packaging or tags attached.

• 2a. Athletic Running/Walking Shoes may be returned in USED condition. 

• 2b. Lifestyle Shoes must be returned in NEW condition.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

3. Must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order #).

4. Sales are generally considered final on sale or closeout items. Online products will be visually marked with a digital "SALE" tag. In-Store products will be visually marked with an orange or yellow sticker.

5. We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or underwear for hygienic purposes, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

6. We do not accept returns on nutrition/hydration products, including but not limited to: Gels, Chews, Waffles, Bars, and Powders/Drink Mixes.
