RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns or exchanges of regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery (for online transactions) or within 14 days of purchase (for in-store transactions).

2. Items must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition with original packaging or tags attached.

2a. Athletic Running/Walking Shoes may be returned in worn condition. This includes, but may not be limited to, footwear from brands such as: Altra, ASICS, Brooks, Diadora, HOKA, Hylo, Mizuno, New Balance, On, OOFOS, Puma, Saucony, Under Armour

2b. Lifestyle Shoes must be returned in new condition. This inlcudes, but may not be limited to, footwear from brands such as: Birkenstock, Blundstone, Bueno, Clove, Dansko, Ecco, Gola, Kizik, Los Cabos, Naot, Olukai, tread Labs, Unless, Veja

3. Must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order #).

4. All sales final on sale or closeout items. Online products will be visually marked with a digital red "SALE" tag. In-Store products will be visually marked with an orange or yellow sticker.

5. We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or underwear for hygienic purposes, unless shown to have manufacturer defects.

6. We do not accept returns on nutrition/hydration products, including but not limited to: Gels, Chews, Waffles, Bars, and Powders/Drink Mixes.
